depends on the airplane's system. I would think not because no animal is carry-on. Since rabbits have VERY sensitive hearing their ears will pop hard and screech inside soo hard and loud that they would probably lose their hearing and become deaf. Unless they have some anitestic or something.. all I know is that it's not a good choice to put a rabbit on an airplane
