You can't either play Ipod music through USB port, or buy anything else to play music. Since there's a special port for Ipod to connect to car stereo. So the only way to solve this problem is to get a car stereo which can support Ipod itself. For example, Eonon has such good car stereo, support both Ipod and bluetooth.
