i have this feeling that it could be in limp mode somne triggered the computer to put it in limp mode so just disconnect the battery for like a 24 hours to reset the computer and then just simply reconnect it , hope that helps
There are many Subaru forums online but researching the forum of the Subaru Owners Club site the most popular topic appears to be discussion surrounding the engines and exhausts, and also modifications.
the first thing you can always do is check your fuses. there might a blown fuse that need replacement. otherwise you need to be familiar with the electrical wiring on your car. if not then the best thing would be to get it checked by a mechanic. you can always call the subaru dealer and ask for the mechanic and ask for wiring diagram or for him/her to pinpoint the wire connection of the speedometer with power source. chances are its the speed sensor mine just went on my 98 impressa
Hey this happened to me a while ago while I was installing an aftermarket head unit. When you disconnect the battery in a Subaru you have to reset the cars computer or the hazard lights will continuously flash. First, put your keys in the ignition. Next, locate a small button down by your pedals on the left side. When you find it, hold it in for around 20 seconds and you will hear your doors lock and unlcok three times. This should fix your problem.
The song is called "The Letting Go" by the apparently awesome band Mount Moriah. Your question helped me search it better.Thanks. It also appears that Subaru "bit" the chocolate lab idea from the original video.
Engine serial number is on the rear of the engine top left side. Illustration appears to be on the flange that bolts to the transmission.
