Your question is very similar to what I have experienced. Last year in the first quarter I liked this one girl and asked her out. She rejected me. One whole year later-this year- she told me she REALLY likes me ( same w/ ALOT of her friends ) So I told her that she had a chance last year. But if the boy your talking about used to like you he could be telling you the truth or he just wants you to think about him more and he likes you.
