A chicken can be hatched from under the mother hen after 21 days of sitting on them, as long as the eggs are turned for the first 18 days, twice a day (morning and night).
But, I think you are referring to an incubator, where you put fertilized eggs at a certain temperature, and turn them just as a mother hen would do. I have put a lot of eggs in my incubator, and most of them hatched, so you've got a good chance to hatching most eggs.
Hatchery or in an incubator.
An Egg

An Egg

Hatchery, hen-house
i think you are most likely to say the egg hatched first ,cause with out an egg there wouldn't be a chick. well, actually, an egg can't hatch on its own if there isn't something warm sitting on it, so i think that the chicken came first, and was "magically" (or something) created. why do you want to know were you hatched??????
Normally 18-21 days.
Around three weeks.
A parent chicken is commonly a female chicken known as a hen that has hatched chicks. The parent chicken will protect the young chicks at all times.
