The concept of Lean Six sigma is a business management concept about eliminating errors and defects in business management by measuring how processes perform. It looks at eliminating seven processes, transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, over processing and defects.
Manufacturing specifications define the processes and methods necessary to produce a given product; including converting raw materials, components, or parts into WIPs (work-in-process) or finished goods.
The different classifications for manufacturing processes are casting processes, machining processes, surface finishing processes, metal working processes joining processes, and shearing and forming processes. The processes used to change the physical characteristics of materials are hardening and tempering.

Six Sigma originated as a set of practices designed to improve manufacturing processes and eliminate defects, but its application was subsequently extended to other types of business processes as well. In Six Sigma, a defect is defined as any process output that does not meet customer specifications, or that could lead to creating an output that does not meet customer specifications. Removal, Classification, Identification
A certification or compliance testing conducted by a third-party organization can provide assurance that a product meets certain specifications. Additionally, a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee may also serve as a form of assurance. Quality control processes and standards implemented during production can further ensure that the product meets specifications.
CONCAT is a familiar concept to programmers. It relates to concatenating similar code into a single strand, streamlining and speeding up processes and eliminating redundancies in code.
Organizational behavior systematically studies the dynamics within organizations, focusing on how individuals, groups, and structures impact behavior. It examines factors such as leadership, communication, motivation, and decision-making processes to understand and improve organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. Additionally, it explores how external factors like culture, technology, and globalization influence organizational behavior.
Disinfection and sterilization are both decontamination processes. Disinfection is the process of eliminating or reducing harmful microorganisms from inanimate objects and surfaces. Sterilization is the process of killing all microorganisms.
Early psychologists were limited in their understanding of the mind due to a lack of advanced technology to study the brain and behavior, the influence of philosophy shaping their perspectives, and limited research methodology to systematically study mental processes.
Automation can help reduce errors by eliminating human error, standardizing processes, and providing consistent results. However, errors can still occur due to programming flaws, incorrect data inputs, or system failures. Continuous monitoring and testing are important to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes.

Figure 1. RPG Program Logic Cycle1 RPG processes all heading and detail lines (H or D in position 17 of the output specifications). 2 RPG reads the next record and sets on the record identifying and control level indicators. 3 RPG processes total calculations (conditioned by control level indicators L1 through L9, an LR indicator, or an L0 entry). 4 RPG processes all total output lines (identified by a T in position 17 of the output specifications). 5 RPG determines if the LR indicator is on. If it is on, the program ends. 6 The fields of the selected input records move from the record to a processing area. RPG sets on field indicators. 7 RPG processes all detail calculations (not conditioned by control level indicators in positions 7 and 8 of the calculation specifications). It uses the data from the record at the beginning of the cycle.
Wilhelm Wundt used introspection as a method to investigate the mental processes. Introspection involved participants reflecting on their thoughts, feelings, and sensations, and then reporting them to the researcher. This method aimed to analyze conscious thoughts and experiences systematically.
