This is known as a licensing agreement. A good example might be toys or clothes that are produced with a vehicle manufacturer's name and logo. Or a NASCAR hat - NASCAR doesn't make hats so the hat manufacturer pays a fee to use the logo on their hats.
Packaging is an essential element of any export operation, impacting not only the safety but also the costs, communications and event marketing of a product. From a contractual point of view, responsibility for the export packaging always lies with the exporter, who must ensure that it withstands the international journey. If the packaging is damaged upon arrival in the port of destination, and the carrier proves that its handling of the cargo did not produce the damage, the seller-the exporter-will be responsible for any deterioration.(source:Joe Pattavina article)
A Produce Broker is an individual who coordinates farmers looking to sell produce, truckers to move it, and clients who want to buy it. A produce broker has two obligations. Firstly source clients who are willing to sell produce, usually in bulk quantities. Secondly find a buyer or buyers for the produce. Within this process the broker 'clips the ticket', and makes his cut for organising the deal.
Planned obsolescence benefits the manufacturer because it insures a constant flow of business. If they produce products that last forever, people will only need to purchase the given product once and therefore have little reason to go back and make another purchase.

1. Audience response from which advertisers can glean information about how well the advertising message is received, the environment in which it is received, and the temperament and attitude of the consumer upon its reception.2. In video, effect created when the camera is focused on its own monitor. This will produce a series of random patterns on the television screen.3. In audio, sound effect created whenever a microphone is held too close to its monitor speakers. At low levels, the sending of the audio signal back on itself in this way will produce an echo effect, which is sometimes used by recording artists to add another dimension to a recording. At higher levels or when uncontrolled, feedback will produce a loud squeal or howl.
