The seven climate zones of Latin America are tropical rainforest, tropical monsoon, tropical savanna, humid subtropical, marine west coast, desert, and highland. These zones vary in temperature, precipitation, and vegetation depending on their location within Latin America.
Libyan climate can be divided into two parts viz. Mediterranean in the north and desert in the south. Libya has a coastline onto the Mediterranean Sea in the North, and the climate is characterised by Hot Dry Summers, and Mild Wet Winters, This climatic type gives way as you move south into the Sahara Desert, and the climate is characterised Hot Dry Summer and Warm/Hot Dry Winter. What rainfall that comes in these climates tends to be very infrequent and torrential, when it comes. Also in the desert climate, the diurnal (daily) temperature range can be very large, to the point of 40+ oC by day and frost by night ( below 0oC ).
Portugal, specifically the island regions of Madeira and the Azores, have a subtropical climate with mild winters and warm summers. These islands are located off the western coast of Europe in the Atlantic Ocean.
The Atlas Mountains separate the Moroccan coast from the Sahara Desert.
The small island off the south coast is called "Sandy Cove Island."

A deserted island off the coast of Ketchikan would have an oceanic climate like Scotland or Ireland, but with much more rain. Winters are cool (average 33.6 °F (0.9 °C) and summers are mild, (average 64.4 °F (18.0 °C)). Rainfall average is 153 inches (3,900 mm) per year, mostly in autumn and winter.
It is off the southeastern coast of Alaska. Sitka is on the archiipelago's Baranof Island and Ketchikan is on its Revillagigedo Island.
Haizabo Coast
In the interior of both islands. Once you get more than 80km from the coast, the climate becomes more of a continental climate than the island climate closer to the coast. So Central Otago - the Mackenzie Basin and similar, and the area round the central volcanoes (Rangipo desert) in the North Island.
Along the Pacific Ocean. (West)
Mountains line the West Coast from the North Island to the South Island. West Coast remains Wet and leaves the East Coast prodominantly Dry and Warm.
Its mostly desert land. The climate is hot and humid along the west coast. The temperature is affected by seasonal winds on the western mountains. There is desert in the east and you find the climate to be extremely hot.

There is a desert, the Namib, on the southwestern coast of Africa but no desert on the southwestern coast.
The island of Ikaria is located in the Mediterranean sea and is an island of Greece. It is just of the coast of Turkey and has a very hot and humid climate.
