The keyboard shortcut to rotate an object is E, to move it W, and to scale it R.

Tab will move to the next cell and Shift-Tab will move to the previous cell. You can also use the arrow keys to move from one cell to another.
For selections you can your the Marquee Tool, Lasso Tool, or Magic Wand Tool. To cut that selection you can use the Move Tool, or the Ctr-X keyboard shortcut.
You can create a shortcut to your web browser by right clicking it and clicking at "Create shortcut". After that, you can move the shortcut to wherever you want.
In Windows, double-click on the Excel icon or right-click on the icon and select OPEN. On the MAC, single-click (MAC) on the Excel program icon (the same way you would open most other programs).
right click on the folder that has to be shortcutted then press create shortcut then the shortcut will be created right click on it and click on move to desktop
Click a table move handle to select the entire table.
