A kid knows i like him and he likes me but hes really shy and i tried to ask him out he said he was to busy to have a gf but he isn't cause everytime i ask him to hang out or go somewhere he says yes?

He might not want to say yes to you as a gf because 1. his parents don't want him to hav a gf or 2. his friends don't like you and he is afraid to go out with you cuz he thinks he will get made fun of or 3. he likes you but not enough to be his gf. i advise you to talk to him but don't talk about being his gf. Text him a lot. Then one day just casually bring up that you want a bf or ask who he likes and ease your way into it. or you cud always get afriend to ask him if he really likes you and you know the rest

I'm a pretty shy guy myself, and I don't like relationships (for so many reasons). He may just not be into relationships-a lot of people aren't. I've rejected people because I just don't like relationships, so consider that he simply doesn't want one. He's also probably afraid he won't treat you right, or that there are better people out there for you (looking out for your best interest). Anyways, if its something like that, thenn don't push the relationship, because you'll feel guilty that you forced him into a relationship he doesn't want, and he'll feel sad because you can do better (in his opinion, which is probably right actually). Just tell him that you have feelings for him, and remain friends. He sounds like a good guy (if I'm interpreting this right), so hang on to him as a friend
