No. Even a single electron has momentum.
no, it simply has to have mass.
skateboard. momentum is mass times velocity thus if 0 velocity=0 momentum
Momentum.
You learn to hit it hard by the momentum from the bat
Momentum is a function of both mass and speed. The wrecking ball isn't moving very fast, but it is extremely heavy; that is where its momentum comes from.
A light object has less momentum than a heavy object. A light object would stop first.
A heavy football player is harder to stop because it has a greater momentum. In physics, momentum is equal to the mass of an object times its velocity. If a 50 kilogram kid and a 70 kilogram man were running at the same speed, the man would be harder to stop because he would have a greater momentum.
A truck that is more heavy with the same velocity whil the truck is less heavy it will have more momentum!!
1 unit.
Momentum = Mass x Velocity. They could have the same momentum if the motorcycle is going fast and the van is going slow. If the van weighs ten times as much as the motorcycle, and is driving 5 mph it would have the same momentum as the motorcycle driving 50 mph.
