You are still liable for copyright issues if you bypass the message and then use it for commercial or other purposes. That said, a screen shot (ctrl + print screen) that is then pasted into the Paint program (Accessories - Paint) using Crtl +V and then cutting the item out and pasting again should give you a bitmap image. The resolution might not be as clear as the original, but it can be seen. I don't know how to take it from there to a flash drive.
Windows does not store an image unless the picture is actually saved to the harddrive.
Insert the target device into a USB slot, and open it. Open the location where your picture is stored. Drag-and-drop the picture to the USB device. Remove the device from the USB slot. The picture has been copied, and you're all done.
Hold down Ctrl while clicking on picture thumbnail on Layers palette, this will select entire picture - you will see marching ants around picture, then go to Edit - Copy, this will place picture on computer clipboard.
