If referring to WW2, basically all of them! Berlin, Cologne, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and hundreds of others. There were very few cities, but many towns and villages, that were not left in ruins after WW2. World War 1 was not a war fought within German cities.
