Yes! Oven cleaner can definitely burn your skin. I was burned by alkali oven cleaner recently. Its quite painful. I suggest wearing gloves and making sure that there is no back splash if it is a spray cleaner. Chemical burns can be very dangerous and you should avoid them at all costs.

The blister kept getting bigger and bigger. If you rub that on it'll prevent blisters. A blister is very painful but a blood blister is worse.
