What part of the plant might have a thick cell wall and large vacuoles cell be from?

Cells of the pith of a stem generally have thick cell wall and large vacuoles. Likewise, cells of the cortex in the older parts have thick cell wall and large vacuoles.

How can the large vacuole be compared to an amusement park?

It can be a food area, because vacuoles contain waste, which are in the food area's trash cans, food, and water. It can be a maintenance worker because they clean up the park; vacuoles store anything that might harm the cell. The large vacuole can also be a water fountain because vacuoles are mainly water. Hope this helps! :D

How are the vacuoles from paramecia different from the vacuoles of other organisms?

The paramecium might have a contractile vacuole, whereas cells like animal and plants just have a normal one.

What effect do boiling have on chlorplasts suspension?

Boiling chloroplasts will cause them to be denatured. Depending upon how long the chloroplasts are boiled for depends on how many of the chloroplasts are denatured. For example, chloroplasts that are boiled for a very short time might still have some working chloroplasts that are able to photosynthesize.

Why might a lysosome fuse with or linked with a food vacuole?

Vacuoles store things, so it would make sense that food vacuoles store food. Lysosomes digest things into smaller usable materials (or destroy them) so lysosomes will attach to food vacuoles so they can efficiently digest food. The vacuole to store the food waiting to be digested by the lysosome.

What organelle is visible in an onion cells under a microscope?

Cell membrane, cytoplasm, nucleus, vacuoles, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, cell wall, chloroplasts. The spelling might be wrong but the rest is correct :)

chloroplasts

Is starch stored in the cell wall after photosynthesis?

There are several things that are stored in plant vacuoles. Water, food, and starch are all things that are stored in vacuoles.

How might a plant cell affect if it lacked chloroplasts?

If a plant cell lacked chloroplasts, then it would compare to "a human without a heart"

Where might you find your vacuole hanging out?

A tricky question, animal (human) cells don't tend to have vacuoles, so I wouldn't search for mine. Vacuoles are organells that are found in plant cells.

What types of vacuoles are found in protists?

Isolating materials that might be harmful or a threat to the cellContaining waste productsContaining water in plant cellsMaintaining internal hydrostatic pressure or turgor within the cellMaintaining an acidic internal pHContaining small moleculesExporting unwanted substances from the cellAllows plants to support structures such as leaves and flowers due to the pressure of the central vacuoleIn seeds, stored proteins needed for germination are kept in 'protein bodies', which are modified vacuoles.

Store water food and waste-?

One might store water, food, and waste in plastic containers or barrels.

What does the vacuole of a animal cell do?

Vacuoles may store food or any variety of nutrients a cell might need to survive.
