Either you screen is set up with incorrect resolution or some program is trying to change it to that resolution and failing to complete the task.
you can, but it requires you to jailbreak your ipod. this is not recommended if you have a warrenty, because jailbreaking your ipod would be voiding your warrenty.
Change size? You mean getting REALLY REALLY big or REALLY REALLY small? Well to do that you would have to download a program which risks you being banned forever, but other than that, you can't change size. Also when you change size with the program, nobody else can see it but you. If you mean screen size wise, then just click on smaller or larger screen.
No projector requires a screen, but for nice projectors, then yes, a screen is almost necessary.
write a program to print A to Z on screen in c?
If the line is constant then it is probably a hardware problem that requires repair. If the line changes or goes away when you change the screen resolution for the desktop then you can probably fix the problem through software.
