p.V/T = constant, with T is temperature in KELVIN! (add 273 to oC)

So:

98.7 * 10 / 298K = 102.7 * Vnew / 293K ==> Vnew = [98.7*10/298]*[293/102.7] = 9.449 = 9.5 litre
