its a determined sentence I believe
indeterminate sentencing
Life expectancy is the average number of years a person is expected to live based on current age and other factors.
Attempted murder is a class 2 felony which carries a maximum sentence of 24 years with a minimum sentence of 8 years. If issued the minimum sentence of 8 years you will be ineligible for parole for 5 years.
The question calls for an opinion - not a fact-based answer - so I will give you my opinion. Parole and probation is NOT a 'get out of jail free' card. You were given a 17 year sentence - served 9 - and got a break with parole for the remaining 8 - but apparently just couldn't stay clean. 25 years for dirty urine DOES sound 'over-the-top' to me, but it's far greater than just a simple VOP sentence, which would usually be simply going back to serve the remainder of your original sentence. THis 25 year sentence leads me to believe that you're not telling the whole story, and my conclusion is that the 25 year sentence was for far more than peeing a bad test!
I worked in a factory from ages 8 to 25.
The mean prison sentence for murder and nonnegligent manslaughter was nearly 20 years and 8 months; the median was 24 years and 3 months.
How about: 8*25 = 200 as an example
No Oti Mabuse is not 25 years old she is 26 years old as of August 8, 2016 since she was born on August 8, 1990.
8 to 60 years
You will be in jail for 8 years, unless you are let out on parole or good behavior.
It is: 8/100 or 2/25 in its simplest form
It depends. Typically, a sentence includes the amount of time to serve in confinement and a portion to be served on probation. For example, and 8 year sentence may be called "8 do 5." In that case, the convicted would serve 5 years in confinement followed by 3 years on probation. Further, some sentences are eligible for a reduction in time. This may range anywhere from "3 for 1 good time credit" where a defendant receives credit for three days for each day served to 90% of the full sentence.
