It is hard to say without seeing it, but it could just be and ingrown hair. Also, near the bottom of you vagina are the Bartholin Glands which can become infected and cause the symptoms you describe, although they are not small, about the size of a dime, and quite painful prior to the release of the pus.

∙ 15y agoIf you are NOT sexually active, they're probably just pimples or blocked pores. They look different than on your face because the type of skin is different (mucous membranes).
Because the skin here is different, and very sensitive, do not try to apply zit cream, or pop them because they can become irritated or infected. Just wash thoroughly with a non-soap cleanser (like Cetaphil), and they'll probably go away on their own.
If you ARE sexually active, you need to see a gynecologist as soon as possible, to make sure that it's nothing serious. It's still probably just pimples, but always better to be safe than sorry.

∙ 13y agoIt could be a ingrown hair, or you could have a fungel infection and it created a puss patch from shaving the area and indroducing the fungle under the skin and its now infected but a fungel infection is just a type of yeast or "stafe" try putting a anti itch antifungel cream on it at night and let it get some air dry it out you can usually find such cream with the athletes foot cream their basically the same thing.
