A week b4 my period and I have a liquidy thin brown discharge not normal for me also stomach pains in upper abs tightening feeling comes n goes now bleeding lightly not pregnant am i okay?

Your period could be starting early and blood can look brown. "Upper abdominal" pains don't sound normal unless you happened to work out really hard in the last couple of days. If it's still bothering you tomorrow, I'd call your GYN. If it gets worse tonight or if the pain gets worse, get to an E.R. Hope this helps and hope you're feeling better soon.

Yes. I had light bleeding when I was pregnant. It sounds almost like your bleeding was from ovulation or just a cycly that's a little off and now you are going to start your cylcle.
