A while ago i fell in love with a girl eventually we stopped talking and it broke my heart now when we speak it hurts how do i tell her i think its best if we dont talk again even when i dont?

If she's continuing to contact you, she's still interested. If you honestly think you'll never be together with her, simply ask her to stop calling. If you're calling her, simply stop. But I must tell you this: situations change. It often takes just a little time and whatever was in the way of your relationship now will have disappeared. It's quite possible that you'll miss each other in a way that makes you grow closer. Don't lock and bolt the door after you've closed it.

there's no like fool-proof way to get your ex to love you again, but i guess it depends on how your relationship left off. if you guys ended it on a bad note, try to just start talking again. maybe after talking for some time, one of you will confess how you feel about the other. if you guys ended it & stayed friends, then suggest hanging out. if he seems enthusiastic about it, definitely hang out. you never know what might happen :P but chances are, if he's going to love you again, he probably never stopped. it depends on why you broke up. good luck! :]
