A woman's place is in the kitchen only if she cooks and bakes better than her partner. It depends how you look at it , I'd rather be doing the cooking than eating out or ordering food, because I know and have control of what is in my food, regarding fats, etc.... I haven't heard that saying in yrs....her place is in the kitchen if it's by choice then she'd be more than happy too. I personally find that eating ,sharing a meal with family and friends is one of the nicest way to show you care. There's a lot of thought and care put into it. Thems fightin' words! LOL Seriously, it should be shared by both partners if they both work. When I worked out of the home the first person home started the dinner and the other partner did the dishes. It's just respect and has nothing to do with just simply "women/men's jobs" around the house. The best chefs are usually men, and men seem to make better bread (knead harder I suppose.) One partner should simply help the other and get over the sexism of household duties. My husband has cooked and cleaned and I've done Plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.
