More than 20,000 can die with water pollution
There are many such substances. Collectively this is known as pollution. Any substance can be a pollutant in the wrong place.
River pollution kills the single celled organisms that many of the creatures in the water need to live off of. While the garbage in the water breaks down it releases poisons (especially in plastic) that can potentially harm animals that eat fish or other organisms that live within the river. This is why when rivers become overly polluted, you see less and less of animals around it. Bacteria -> Small creatures -> Fish -> Bears, wolves, anything that is interested in meat.
There are many disadvantages of water pollution. These disadvantages include endangering organisms, changing ecosystems, acid rain, mutating organisms, and contaminated soil.
There are 4 types of pollution in the environment. These include Air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and soil pollution.
Water pollution has many harmful effects on society. Even when the water evaporates the pollutants still remain.
there are many types of pollution the main ones are- noise, air, light, water and land
tons of them
many pollution like air pollution, water pollution and green house gas global warming.........
It causes pollution to nearby bodies of water and also may kill important insects or organisms.
Water pollution consists of unnatural materials or chemicals in water, including garbage, plastics, abandoned fishing netting, chemical compounds, etc. Consequences of water pollution include a wide range of different issues. From a direct impact on human health when that water is then converted to drinking water, to large and sometimes very noticable environmental problems. Water pollution can cause defects in every form of living organisms. In humans it can cause human birth defects and even death. There are many cases where with a simple online search you can find out related sources, such as the Love canal, and many others including rivers that have caught on fire.
There are many forms of pollution. However the most frequently discussed forms of pollution would be air pollution and water pollution. Air pollution occurs when air pollutants are released into the air, and therefore is airbourne. Water pollution is, as the name suggests, pollution of water. This can be further subdivided into sewage water, factory discharge and many others. So I am not entirely sure what you mean, if you could specify, that would be great! :)
There are many negative consequences of air pollution. When air pollution mixes with water in the sky it causes acid rain which rains down onto plants causing leaves to be destroyed. Acid rain also causes soil and water chemistry to change making it unfit for living organisms.
