It depends on the type and quality of the app and how many apps you download. Usually they take up under 1MB but some can go up over 10MB (3D games and such). It's really not much and will probably take up way less than your songs and video. BANNANAS~
iPhone apps vary in sizes, the size is at the bottom of the app information page. They are usually 1-20 MB. 1 MB is 0.001GB so apps are usually 0.001 MB to 0.02 MB. Watch out some apps can have close to 300 MB which is 0.3 GB.
it depends on the app like i tried to put a free app on my iphone but i only had 0.13 giga bites left for free and it did not work
About 10 MB (1000 Mb is in a gb):
that is just an estimate.
Myst the sequel is one gb.
No such thing as a 12 gb iPhone Or iPod but the difference between a 16 and 64 is how many app, music, pictures and movies you can store .

No, there is no limit. However, if you have only 1 GB or memory, then you can only download as much as the memory allows. If you have 80 GB you will have just enough to download close to all apps applicable.
No...you don't need wifi for the American idol app for iPhone.
WinterBoard is the app you need if its Jailbroken
It depends how much GB your iPad has and how much memory the app uses.
Document & Data on iPhone are junks files including browser history, cookies, logs, caches of photos and videos, database files stored by your apps. You'll notice that some apps while being very small themselves have accumulated a lot of data. An example of this is shown in the image below, you see that the Facebook app is 109 MB whereas the Documents & Data stored is 1.2 GB. This 1.2 GB is what goes into your "Other" data. These apps on iPhone don't provide a way to delete Documents and Data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app is not the best option here. You can use CleanMyPhone or PhoneClean to delete the documents and data without deleting the app itself.
well is not about how many apps you have it is about how much space you have available(16 GB or 32GB). it also depends on how much space the app will take up. so it is just a matter of how much space you have and how much space the app will use
I believe that it "the elements: a visual exploration" app that is almost 1.71 gb
