You should have a garage check the Freon level. If it's empty, the air will not be cool. Also, check the Hot to Cold knob to make sure it is not broken on the inside. Mine would still turn but was not making the connection inside. But this would only apply if you've been switching back and forth. If you've been using the air with the knob in the cold position and it just quit, it's more likely the Freon.
