Bowser is a sort of good guy and a bad guy, if you think about it. Because, Bowser managed to save the world from the Dark Star. Plus, he also gets the 2nd Star Cure and swallows it, and Mario and Luigi retrieve it. But he's also evil, as he says he absolutely hates Mario and Luigi.
