According to the biblical account, Adam and Eve were the first persons in creation and lived about 6,000 years ago, when the world was created. According to this account, Cain was the first person born. This is also on the assumption that Adam and Eve did not have a daughter first: the biblical account does not mention daughters, although a daughter would have to have been born at some stage to provide a wife for Abel.
However, we have ample evidence of human settlements long before 6,000 years ago, meaning that the biblical account of Adam and Eve and the genealogies of their descendants are not literally true. Moreover, we know from Archaeology that humans have lived on earth for millions of years - long before the time attributed to Adam and Eve. So, based on good scientific evidence, we do not know who the first person was.
