Open Mail. Click the name Mail, top left of the screen. Now click preferences. On the window that comes up click the Accounts tab. On the bottom left click the + sign. Put in the email address and password and your iMac will do the rest.
Open Mac Mail. Click Mail > Preferences > Accounts. Click the + sign on the bottom left of the screen. Follow the instructions to add you email account to Mac Mail. It is simple and easy. Once you put in your email address and password your Mac will pretty much do the rest.

To add an email account to Gmail, it must support POP3. # Login to Gmail # Go to the "Settings" page # Click on the "Accounts" tab # Click on "Add another mail account" # Enter you username and password for that service. Gmail should automatically set the POP3 settings if the email service is popular. If it doesn't detect the settings, you must get these from your provider. You can also send mail on Gmail so that it appears it is coming from another account. # Go back to the "Accounts" tab on the settings page # Next to "Send mail as", click on "Add another email address" # Enter the name and email address # Check your email from that account, and confirm the process.

If you go to the mail section of settings, add account, choose other and Add Mail Account. Type your name, email address (****@live.co.uk), password and description. Then press Save. Now select POP and input details as follows. Incoming Mail Server - pop3.live.com, ****@live.co.uk, password Outgoing Mail Server - smtp.live.com Choose save and hopefully it'll find your live account.
Of course! Go to options, more options, account, then click "your email addresses" down at the bottom. Then just add your Gmail account to it!

You can't change your user name, but there is option that you can add another account, like add-on account with desired id and the same you can receive mail as like as earlier mail. The current mail in Box is same for both id and while sending mails, you have to select from which ID you want to send the mail. One drop down list will come, you have to choose one of them and send from that ID. You can receive mail from Both id's, because the inbox is same. Option ----------> Mail Accounts------------> add extra mail. Choose this option to add new ID, that ID should be available in the list.
