Yes. Vampires are mythical creatures that need blood to sustain themselves. To become a vampire you classically have to survive a vampire attack where a vampire has drawn blood. In real life it is impossible to become a vampire. The existence of human vampires is only a legend !

Blood. The human heart is divided into two halves, which act as two pumps. The right half of the heart collects deoxygenated blood drained from all over the body, and pumps that deoxygenated blood into both lungs. The left half of the heart collects oxygenated blood drained from both lungs, and pumps that oxygenated blood to the rest of the body.

to get human blood to survive
If both vampires have enough blood in their system, then nothing. However if the vampire who is being fed from has little amount of blood in them, then they will become weaker when the blood has been drained from them. The vampire who is feeding from them will get slightly stronger from drinking the blood, but not as much as if they were feeding from a human and it was fresh blood, as it has been going around the other vampire's body, making it less pure.

God wanted to become human so that HE could pay for human beings sins through HIS own blood
According to vampire lore, you have to have all the blood in your body completely drained. If you don't want a vampire to bite you and drink it all out of you, then you have to figure out a way to drain it without that. Just at the point of dying as the last of your blood drains away, you have to replace it with the blood of a living vampire. You can drink their blood, get a blood transfusion from them; or both. But any way you cut it, you're dependent on a vampire to become a vampire.
