After death where do you go until you are sent to heaven or hell?

Heaven means if you are good person, during he or she died it might face a judgement day to show how good or bad he or she is, If chose heaven then you are good. If chose Hell you might think yourself being bad person by psychopath behaviors and you might get tortured or get a punishment for evil things.

Some Christians, like Roman Catholics, believe in a state called purgatory, a place of cleansing of the soul befor entering into heaven. For many Christians, this is a noble and comforting idea, and, up to a point, makes sense. However, most Christians regard this idea as contrary to Christ's teaching.

Biblically, we are told that we enter into paradise at the moment of death (see, for example, Luke 23:43) but that is a spiritual and eternal (ie without constraints of time)state until the final judgment after which the resurrection of the dead, in the same manner as Christ's own resurrection - into a glorified body - happens.

As to whether heaven or hell, Christ's teaching is that there will definitely be a 'sorting out' process of those who turn to God and are content to be in his presence. The medieval idea of a red-horned devil and a pit of fire is rather fanciful and a little far-fetched, but it is very clear that some will choose to be in eternity without the presence of God, and, in this way, will create hell for themselves.

As a silly, but nevertheless poignant illustration of this, imagine Adolf Hitler, the perpetrator of the deaths of six million Jews, praying for, and receiving forgiveness of all his sins before he dies. He turns up at the gates of heaven and St Peter allows him in on one condition. He has to share heaven for eternity with the six million Jews he killed - whose souls are also there. He has two choices - either to really mend his ways and welcome them into his arms as fellow brothers and sisters, or to carry on with his deplorable beliefs that Jews are second rate humans - and not enter heaven. But whatever happens is his choice. Either he accepts God's kingdom with all the responsibilities it comes with, or he rejects it and is cast out. But in the end - it's hischoice.
