Maybe try putting the distributor wire back on and see if the jerking stops.
now a days superchargers are replaced by the turbocharger. supercharger is taking drive from engine while turbocharger taking drive from exhaust gases.
The engine timing is totally computer controlled these days. No more turning the distributor, chalking the crank balancer & the strobing light show ;) You don't, its electronic!
A 1994 ford thunderbird with a 3.8l engine, uses no distributor cap. It uses a distributorless ingnition that is run off of a cam and crankshaft position sensor.New Headlineactually it does. i just bought one myself 3 days ago. at o'reillys it's like 4 bucks. and the distributor is right behind the water pump.
There is probably more than one problem here. What type of car, manual or automatic, millage. Reasonable acceleration with the jerking or poor. It is going to take a bit more information to start to figure a possible answer.
i had the same problem and i took my distributor cap off and i had moisture in there you can buy new or leave it off for a few days i had the same problem and i took my distributor cap off and i had moisture in there you can buy new or leave it off for a few days

Addiction to painkillers is pretty easy to detect yourself which would be symptoms of higher tolerance (taking up to atleast 8-15 pills a day), boosts of energy when taking them (instead of being drowsy on the meds), constant obsession of thinking about them, physical depency (withdrawl which would be cold sweats, diahrrea, intense drowziness, irritability, muscle jerking and actual pains in muscles), and severe depression. Luckily this only lasts a 5 days to two weeks of getting off of them depending on how many you were taking a day to how long you had been taking them for.

it should not quit working after 3 days if this is your first time taking it, you need to call your doctor about the dosage
You should be ok but to be on the safe side use a condom for 7 days. and continue taking your pills as normal.
