The dealer would be able to determine between the 1881 and the 1886, but you may not need their help. Mess with the wires under the seat, clean the connections, make sure the inside of the buckle is clean.
My light turned out to be the only symptom of a failing alternator. The low voltage caused the light to come on, and this went on for weeks, I guess it was charging some, just not nearly enough. When I finally realized the alternator must be bad I puttered out on the side of the road on the way to the shop to have it replaced, the last 100 yards or so the airbag light blinked too. Low voltage makes the lights do strange things, but oddly never turning on the low voltage light, though it had stored a low voltage code. Just saying, don't be to narrow when you look at the problem.
