Very unlikely, but if the mechanic didn't tighten the AC drive belt properly then that could easily be the problem. Your dealership should check that easily and for free.
The resistor pack is probably damaged - this seems to be a common problem. The replacement part should be available from a still open Chrysler dealership for less than 20 usd. Replacement is very simple and easy.

The flashing means that you have an airbag code. This means that there is a problem with your airbag, and your vehicles computer is trying to tell you to take it to the dealership to be fixed. The SRS has to do with your airbag system. There is a problem that may make your airbags not work properly. THis problem needs to be checked out by the Honda dealership.
