If you have a moon roof the drain hose will uncouple in the truck. I had the entire spare well filled. The drain tubes just slip together, they are located in front of the rear wheel wells in the truck behind the removable inner cover. I put radiator clamps on mine. There are front drains also and they are under the front floor mats and a pressure sensitive pad that is glued to the floorboard.

two or three things to look at are the rear quarter glasses tend to leak after 8-10 years if you have a sunroof the drains can clog and cause leaks on a coupe the trunk lid seal can rot and leak on a fastback the seal for the rear wiper arm can rot and leak as can the rear washer nozzle

It is highly possible that you have a leak. If you've done an oil change recently, check your drain plug and oil filter and make sure they are either there or tight. If that's not it, it could be leaking from any number of places.
