Yes always wear a sweater. because a bra is a boob holding device, a sweater is not. u need to hold ur boobs otherwise they will poke through the sweaters, typically ur nipples, when they rub against the sweater, they get excited and errect, therefore without a bra, ur errect nipples will poke out of ur sweater. passing by people will see ur errect nipples and huge breasts will start sucking them.
