If the two profiles are different saves, they should indeed be able to work on a single profile.
It depends which mod you are using, the location of the guns should be explained in the mod's documentation. However if you're looking for guns in an unmodded game, you will be in for a long search as they do not exist.
Modded content like My Little Pony gear should come with its own documentation to tell you how to start/find the modded content. Apart from that, it is impossible to say without knowing which mod exactly is being referred to.
You don't need to buy Skyrim from Steam, but it does need to be linked to your Steam account (by registering the serial code you should have got with the game).
Setting back an account requires a save, if something has happened on your account then just revert back to your nearest autosave, if no saves are available then nothing can be done.
No, using the code permanently adds Skyrim to your Steam account. If anyone else tries to use it, it will say it has already been redeemed.
It it probably due to the fact that you are not at least 18 on your account. You have to make a new account and make your self older because the PS3 won't let you play mature games if your account age isn't high enough.
All you have to do is make a separate save file for two different profiles. There's not really any profile slots for multiple accounts.
