No, you are not wrong. You have every right to feel frustrated and angry at him. However, you may wish to rethink your strategy. If you are being negative to deal with his neglect and carousing, then he will only want to avoid you even more. Instead, try to work on being more cheerful and someone he wants to spend more time with.
To be clear, you don't have to stand for abuse. If you need to confront, do it, but you don't want to do it halfway. You could get him to agree to sit down with you and talk or suggest counseling.
