An answer to a civil action means that you have to file an answer to the court within 10 days. Such as that you don't owe the money, the car had already been paid off etc. If you don't file an answer, they will just take a defaul judgment against you, which means they win by default. If you do owe and they repoed the car legally, you really have no answer anyway.

Is it legal for an automobile repossession company keep your personal belongings in Arizona?

Repossession companies must give you the opportunity to recover your personal belongings. That being said, they need not do so at the time of repossession. If they store your property for any length of time, the may charge a storage fee. They are not required to hold your property indefinitely either. If you make no attempt to recover you belongings, the repossession company will dispose of it after 30-45 days.

Is there a green warning sticker before vehicle repossession?

Not typically, in fact in several years experience in the industry, I have never heard of such a practice. Repossession, beyond being a waiting game, is a game of opportunity. When the repossession agent finds it, he will take it. The last thing any of them want to do is give you prior warning that they are on your trail, and to give you the opportunity to hide it and make their job more difficult.

What happens when you have a car loan and you cant pay it?

It gets repossessed. You can contact the lender and see if they will do a voluntary repossession where you give them the car or they will at some point do an involuntary where the repo man shows up and takes the car. Answer Wash the car and show up at the dealership. Get a ride home.

What recourse does a used car dealership have if they need to repossess a vehicle in Texas for non payment but cannot locate it?

A dealership willnot need to repossess a vehicle in any state unless it is a buy here pay here type dealership. If this is the case, the dealer should contact a local, private repossession company. Find one of the larger possible companies, this will offer more resources. Then leave it to them. It could take some time, but if you give them all the information you have on the debtor, they will find and secure your car.
