I am prescribed Ambien and Xanax, and my doctor does not recommend Xanax for sleep. However, I disagree. If you take one pill of each then shut the lights and go to bed, it will help you sleep longer if you are having trouble getting to sleep and staying there.
Ambien is only meant to induce sleep and keep you asleep for roughly 2 hours, that's where your body is supposed to take over. If the body is not staying asleep, the Xanax lasts longer and should help you stay asleep longer. It has always worked for me.

∙ 12y agoI can't answer this question on my own. Personally, I've taken all three together with minimal adverse side effects (great times). With this in mind, you need to know your own tolerance. Possibly even more importantly, will be to know your tolerance of each drug individually before combining them...

∙ 14y agoThe Xanax should still be active in your body at 12am so it definitely not recomended. Perhaps if you took it earlier than 8PM there is a greatly reduced chance of having unintended effects.

DO NOT TAKE 10 MG of XANAX or ALPRAZOLAM! These tablets are administered in 0.25, .50, and 1mg tablets, so I'm certain you can't get 10mg without taking many tablets together. Taking 10mg of Xanax would almost certainly be deadly or at the very least extremely dangerous. I take 10 mg of xanax every day and 2 10 mg of ambien at night. I'm over 40. Been doing it since a teen. Chill. It's ok.

All three of these drug are a form of sedatives and I can't see how you would even be able to stay awake will taking suboxone and seroquel. I am an RN and I do not think this combination is safe at all, but ask your doctor about it to be sure.

Both are highly addictive and can be quite dangerous- just keep that in mind. just my 2 cents, but stay safe and dont let either get a hold of ya. .
