None of them. Presidents Grant and Eisenhower went to West Point, and Carter went to Annapolis, but no US President attended or graduated from the Air Force Academy. Keep in mind that the school has only been around since 1954, so any President before Clinton would have been too old to attend.
Three of them did. Eisenhower and Grant are West Pointers, and Jimmy Carter is a Naval Academy Grad. There isn't an Air Force Academy grad yet, but just wait.
You time at the Academy does not count for pay and retirement purposes. It all starts from graduation date, unless you were enlisted in the military before enrolling at the academy, then your enlisted time would be addes to the time after graduation.
