I've had a lot of jobs in the last 45 years or so and I've never seen one of them that didn't have pressure of some sort. The best thing anyone can do is do your best. An example of working under pressure: You are delivering a truck load of apples from one state to another, the truck breaks down and you don't get paid till the apples are delivered. That's pressure because some trucking companies are under contract to deliver by a certain time or face fines for late deliveries. Being late could cost you your job.
There are many strengths and weaknesses a person could have in design. Someone may be able to sketch a vision perfectly but not be able to actually make it happen for example.
