no, an oligarchy is the few who rule the masses as described in platos republic, around 300 people or in that region of number. oligarchy is almost always tyrannical. if you want to know more read platos books or just wait and see what te next decade brings the world for if it is not world war 3 it will be the oligarchy. they have managed to subvert people so far and have still survived, how the hell so i dont know as ive seen it coming since i was 8yrs old makes me wonder how stupid people really are.
