No. Let's consider a car that can go from zero to 60 in 1 second ! That's about 2.75 the acceleration

of gravity, so it would push the driver back in his seat with 2.75 times his normal weight. But let's

assume he's tough and it doesn't bother him.

He would have to keep the pedal to the metal and continue accelerating at that rate for 13 days

in order to reach 1/10th the speed of light.

No man-made vehicle has ever yet carried enough fuel to reach any speed that was at all comparable

to light speed.

Any vehicle speed is same as light speed?

No. Not even one thousandth of the speed of light.

Would Black Holes be accessible for vehicles travelling at near light speed?

I'm not even sure what this is supposed to mean. "Accessible" how?You can go into a black hole. You don't need "a vehicle travelling at near light speed" to do so (of course, if you're on Earth now and want to get to a black hole before you die, such a vehicle would probably be required, since all the ones we know about are at least tens of thousands of years away at any speed any Earth-built spacecraft has ever reached). You can't come out again. Period. Not in a vehicle travelling at "near light speed", not in a vehicle travelling AT light speed. The escape velocity for a black hole exceeds the speed of light in a vacuum.

What the media of speed of light?

The speed of light does not have any media.

What is the fastest speed of any object in the universe?

The speed of light. 300,000 km/h, is the fastest speed of any object in the universe.

If the time lag between seeing the flash of lighting and hearing the thunder is 4 seconds how far away is the lighting?

Compare the speed of light to the speed of sound for your answer. In any explosion, you see the flash before you hear the noise.

What speed can a infra red light reach up to?

There's no reason that infrared light should move at a speed different from the speed of any other wavelength of light, or for that matter, the speed of any other form of electromagnetic radiation. The speed of infrared light is simply the speed of light in whatever medium it happens to find itself at the moment.

Is it acceptable to increase the speed of your vehicle over the legal speed limit to pass or overtake another vehicle?

In practice, It is acceptable to increase the speed of your vehicle over the legal speed limit to pass or overtake another vehicle. Legally, it is not permitted. If the other vehicle is already at the speed limit, you should not be passing it. If it were a police car you were passing, at any speed above the speed limit, they could stop you.

What is the speed it takes your light bulb to transmit at the speed of light?

By definition, light travels at the speed of light. About 300,000 kps

If a mass travels at the speed of light does that mass turn into light energy?

No it doesn't. The scenario is completely unrealistic anyway, because if it has any mass at any slower speed, then at the speed of light its mass is infinite.

Which is a comparison of the speed of light in a material compared to the speed of light in empty space?

The speed of light in any material medium is less than it is in empty space.

Which light has the ACCURATE speed?

ANY light traveling through the same medium (stuff) has the same speed.

Which are the non relativistic particles?

A non-relativistic particle is any particle not traveling at a speed close to the speed of light. This is not a property of particular type of particle; any particle may in general travel at any speed (below the speed of light). An exception are particles which are massless such as photons and gluons, these MUST travel at the speed of light.
