I got $255k with them last year. Great company to deal with, I couldn't believe how I could get loans during this terrible credit crunch our country is going to. What is the economy coming to! I used them to build my business credit, I started with Paydex of 53 because of 2 late pays and then I got it up to a 77. They found 2 banks that had programs for businesses like mine, and overall I'm a successful and happy camper. It took a few months to complete it, but its done and over with. If I need anymore more money I'll go to them, I suggest you pick the right package - they got a bunch they offer

I had $255k secured through the business credit profile I build with IUG. That was last year and my underwriter no longer works there. Has anyone dealt with them recently? I also got about 75k just under my business name obtained with my business credit. Recently I have also signed up for their concierge service, and it can only get better from here. They've got a great team, and you just feel at ease cause at the end of day they will come through with their promise. That's my kind of company.

IUG is another name for this company and I got a call from them a few months ago regarding some searching I was doing on the internet. I liked their pitch and product but it was a bit too expensive. $1500 to build business credit is a bit too much for me since it's just a startup idea that I have. Although I did purchase a Commercial Credit Line List from them - and let me tell you! IT was great! I got the small accounts that I needed in order to get moving. I mean, even for the small things like an office chair and laptop case, I got the revolving accounts thanks to those guys. I think they are legit, they got me what I wanted. Initial Underwriting Group has two physical offices - Columbus OH and Hallandale FL.
