Of course, a lot of people know both Jon and Kate Gosselin. They had active lives (and jobs) outside of their reality television shows ("Jon and Kate Plus 8" and "Kate Plus 8"). Both Jon and Kate Gosselin have active social lives, and jobs, so there are plenty of people that know them. While the reality show was in full swing there were some that allowed themselves to appear on camera, while others chose to remain out of the camera's eye.
