Edgar Allan Poe wrote several good Horror stories. Some of the titles are Pit And The Pendulum, House of Usher, The Black Cat, The Tell-Tale Heart, etc. Also Frankenstein by Mary Shelly is a famous book. And Dracula by Bram Stoker is a very entertaining book. Most of the stories I have just mentioned have been made into popular movies.
suspense In a horror story, you want the readers (or audience) to be scared, so you don't want them to know what's coming up.

There's only one way to become an experienced writer -- start writing and don't stop.To write a good story (horror or anything else), you need to know how to invent believable characters that the reader will care about, how to set your scene so that the reader feels he or she is there with the characters, how to create tension and conflict that will keep the reader turning the pages, and how to create a logical story that flows from beginning to end.
It all depends on how scary you think it is. I asked some people I know that actually read the story before and they said it wasn't too bad. So, in a nutshell: nope.
yes a guy shot him
One is "When you give a mouse a cookie"
A good story pulls you in, makes you believe. A good story makes us laugh, makes us cry, but isn't that what a great story is about? A good story is irresistible. Even the title draws you in. You know it is a good story when it makes you feel; makes you paint a picture in your mind; makes you believe what that character is saying. And that is what a good story is about.
