this is an interesting question. Is anyone? The question has been numerous times in the past, most famously by Is, who stated in rhetorical form, "Is is the true is?". And the answer is yes.
In ways Soccer can be a form of acceleration however it depends on the ways people think about it, such as maybe PI but its all on what you think.
Are you seriously asking this question, REALLY? There is only ONE Germany...ONE Germany in existance. So why would there be two? When a second Germany comes into existance, then maybe...just MAYBE...this question would apply.
Its is a form of covering up that fact that they do not know what the answer is to the question. It is also a way to reverse the conversation to make the asker think more about their question.
Maybe if it's rated M and you have no form other form of identification but I don't think it would be required unless you live in another country maybe.
