Anyone know why my reverse lights are not working on Renault Laguna 2001 the fuse and bulbs are fine?

TDC Sensor (top dead center) or its other name is crankshaft sensor may need a clean or replacing.
Its a 10 min job that's tricky to reach but can be done at home with a 10mm wrachet and small extension bar.
New part costs around £30.
Check renaultforums.co.UK for a tuorial on how to remove. I did clean mine which fixed the problem for a while but I eventually had to replace it.
