i am currently taking prescopodene and have only lost 1 kilo in a week, although friends are commenting on the fact that i look as if i have lost weight........so not sure about this product at this stage.
i am walking about 7 kms 3 to 4 times a week, and not really watching my diet, so will keep going as i ordered the automatic supply every month, and received 2 bottles for my first order.
there is not a lot of information on how many is recommended, they state 1 twice a day, but on the bottle state not to exceed more than 4 a day.

Anyone tried alli or Prescopodene Which was more effective?
Actually, both have worked for me but I like Prescopodene better because with it, I didn't experience going in and out of toilet rooms. It's expected that for fat burners and blockers, you'll experience heavy bowel movement and I found it really inconvenient that's why i decided to take Prescopodene. I used to take alli but due to the effect I got from it, I decided to switch. i have now lost 15 kilos in a matter of three months which I am really proud and happy about.
Which of these diet pills works better Acai Burn or Prescopodene?
Its been a couple of months with Prescopodene. I only lost a few lbs on my first month so I decided to do some exercise. I guess my first month was the time for my body to adjust on the pill. I am now down with 8 kilos lost. A few more and I'd be great. I haven't tried Acai Burn but a friend of mine did. He's result is not as close to what I've got so I would still go for Prescopodene.

It is definitely safe to take Prescopodene I think. I have been with it for almost four months and all I can say is I am feeling better and better everyday. I have lost 18 kilos and I am now regularly exercising to maintain my shape. I am still taking prescopodene though to control my hunger but my wife no longer takes it but is still in great shape.
