Actually, both have worked for me but I like Prescopodene better because with it, I didn't experience going in and out of toilet rooms. It's expected that for fat burners and blockers, you'll experience heavy bowel movement and I found it really inconvenient that's why i decided to take Prescopodene. I used to take alli but due to the effect I got from it, I decided to switch. i have now lost 15 kilos in a matter of three months which I am really proud and happy about.

i am currently taking prescopodene and have only lost 1 kilo in a week, although friends are commenting on the fact that i look as if i have lost weight........so not sure about this product at this stage. i am walking about 7 kms 3 to 4 times a week, and not really watching my diet, so will keep going as i ordered the automatic supply every month, and received 2 bottles for my first order. there is not a lot of information on how many is recommended, they state 1 twice a day, but on the bottle state not to exceed more than 4 a day. anyone else having success with this product?
